Fungal Keratitis : Initial Dosage 1 Drop every 2 hourly. After first 3 to 4 days 1 Drop to be instilled 6 to 8 times daily to be continued for 14 to 21 days In Fungal Blepharitis & Conjunctivitis : 1 Drop 4 to 6 times daily
